Johanna Mitz, born in 1990, studied film studies and philosophy at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and at the Free University of Berlin. She then worked as an editor at various film festivals and in film production companies. From 2017 she studied the master’s course “Socio-Cultural Studies” at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt Oder and at the NOVA University in Lisbon. There she focused in particular on the topics of social justice, flight and migration, as well as right-wing populism. Meanwhile, she worked in a community center for refugees. She has been working as a consultant at MobiJob since December 2022. In her free time she likes to travel and go to concerts.
